As the Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Bele Chemical, Andrew DeMase brings over a decade of experience in driving sales growth and optimizing business development strategies within the chemical and energy sectors. With a proven track record of empowering teams to exceed financial targets, Andrew excels in enhancing net profit and maximizing EBITDA growth.

In his current role at Bele Chemical, Andrew leads a team focused on expanding the company’s distribution and tolling business.  His hands-on approach to team leadership, culture of continual improvement, and strategic planning is instrumental in shaping the company’s current and future direction.

Andrew and his wife Rebecca met in college while they were both pursuing their Master’s Programs.  They have been married for 9 years and share a 3-year-old son Dante and 5-year-old poodle named Rex.  Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, and volunteering in his community.
